When a client requests referrals, Seren Realty Co. provides multiple qualified service provider options whenever reasonably available and encourages clients to independently evaluate and select the professional best suited to their needs. 

Clients are under no obligation to engage any provider suggested by Seren Realty Co.

Seren Realty Co. does not require the use of any specific professional as a condition of representation. 

Any referral benefits or affiliated business arrangements, if permitted by law, are fully disclosed in writing prior to client engagement.

We network with industry professionals through open communication, professionalism, and mutual respect for each party’s independent role.
